Meet BACON! He’s a papier maché sculpture made of recycled plastic packaging and paper. More interestingly, he is the “spokesdog” for Great Lakes Humane Society in Traverse City, MI, a no-kill shelter where I am a volunteer. Bacon attends fundraisers and spends time at businesses who support the great work of GLHS. He is the perfect pup, quiet, well behaved and he never poops!
